We use Piwik Pro for this analytics work because they're EU-based and share our privacy-first values. You can opt out anytime using our cookie manager if you prefer to browse anonymously.

When you sign up for our newsletter: We only ask for your email address and name so we can send you our food-focused content. That's it. Nothing more, nothing fancy.

What we do with your data
We use your information to improve our website and create better content for food enthusiasts. If you've signed up for our newsletter, we'll send you curated stories about gastronomy, restaurants, and culinary trends. We also analyse website usage to better understand what food lovers like you want to read and discover.

We never sell your data.

Where we store your data
Newsletter data: We store your newsletter subscription with Mailcoach, a Belgian company that keeps all data in EU data centers. This ensures your information stays close to home and under strict European privacy laws.

CRM data: For any customer relationship management activities, we use Odoo, another Belgian company with EU data centers. This only applies if you have business interactions with us beyond the newsletter.

Analytics: Your website usage data is processed by Piwik Pro, an EU-based company that prioritizes privacy over profit. Everything stays in Europe. Always. We believe your data belongs close to home, protected by strong European privacy standards.

Your rights
You have complete control over your data. You can see exactly what information we have about you, fix any mistakes, or delete everything completely. If you signed up for our newsletter, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email we send. We're completely independent and not affiliated with any restaurant, food brand, or business we write about. All the information we share is presented as-is, based on our genuine experiences and research. We're GDPR compliant because we're European and genuinely care about your privacy. If you're under 16, please don't give us your personal data - have a parent or guardian help you instead.

We might update this policy from time to time as we grow and improve our services, but we'll always let you know when we do.
